Created images are also the property of m3t Ltd and 5thdigital Ltd and also fall under said copyright and property laws, and attempt to use or replicate these will result in legal action if permission has not been issued to use said images Terms & Conditions of Sale 1. Booking Arrangements Initial bookings and enquiries should be made via this website following these simple steps.
1. Complete the enquiry form; ensuring you have filled in all the relevant information. 2. We shall then contact you to confirm available dates. 3. Bookings can be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, for the booking to take place. Note: Companies will be expected to provide a, Purchase Order number, before booking will take place. 2. Payment All fees are exclusive of VAT. A non-refundable deposit is required of, 20.00+vat per person, at the time of booking. This acts as temporary confirmation for the number of places you require. The balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. When commencement is less than 6 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation by Client The level of refund is solely dependent, on the remaining working days, when written confirmation, is received by m3t Ltd. Upon cancellation the client become liable for the following charges: 5 weeks or more notice Full refund, less non-refundable deposit The non-refundable element is kept purely to cover the administrative and organisational task, undertaken on your behalf by m3t Ltd.
4 - 5 weeks notice 50% refund The 50% we keep covers any other administrative work, plus fixed fees, such as training room costs, examination papers, Trainer compensation, etc
Less than 4 weeks notice No refund At this stage everything has been booked, and our suppliers understandably will require full payment.
Special circumstances with less than 4 weeks notice. If a client has an unavoidable reason for being unable to attend, (sickness, Death in the Family, etc) ; m3t Ltd will endeavour to book them on to another course. This is at the discretion of m3t Ltd, and their decision is final. In any event no refund will be given. Important Note: You may cancel by telephone, provided you obtain a Cancellation Confirmation No. You must then confirm this in writing within 5 working days, or the appropriate level will be payable. 3.1 Candidate Substitution Clients may substitute candidates for the course at any time prior to the course commencing. 4. Cancellation by m3t Ltd Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the course runs smoothly and without interruption;
1. m3t Ltd cannot be held liable for events outside their control, (Acts of God, War, force-majure, Sickness, etc). However m3t Ltd will do everything in its power to resolve the situation amicably, providing a full refund if necessary. 2. The client accepts m3t Ltd have the right to cancel a course with less than 4 weeks remaining to commencement. Restitution will take the form of alternative dates in the first instance, and a full refund in the second 5. General conditions 1. Under no circumstances will m3t Ltd or any of its associates tolerate Anti Social Behaviour in any form. All delegates will be expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner, as outlined in the delegate pack. Consequently m3t Ltd and its Associates reserve the right to remove delegate/s, or terminate a course where such behaviour is apparent. 2. The commissioning client accepts the terms and conditions listed herein as being the sole basis for the contract, and cannot be superseded by any other contract, however so obtained. The payment of a deposit acts as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
