The workshop provides advanced interview techniques, gives confidence to those wishing to improve. Investigations can cover Internal Theft, Breach of Procedures, Harassment claims etc; all follow the same basic principles in preparation, collation of evidence (facts), interview and recommendations. It is recommended that the M3T basic investigation course is completed before attending in order to have a good base on which to build.
