Holding: Support hold; figure 4 hold; double arm wrap; shield (inc 2/3rd person); figure 4 shoulder (counter removal); arm entanglement (rear)
2. Relocation: How to use the skills above to relocate an uncooperative person in a safer way; through exit doors, up or down stairs
3. Floor work: What to do in the event the incident leads to the floor (restraint and holding techniques)
4. Breaking-up fights: How to intervene in a safer way as a 3rd party when two or more people are involved in a fight
5. Team Skills: How to work together to minimise the risk to all those present in conflict area.
